Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Excel Office Interiors Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy applies to any new or used product sold to a customer, effective from the date of purchase to one-year after the purchase date.

This policy only applies to regular priced items purchased from Excel Office Interiors within one year of purchase. If more than one year has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

For a product to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the product must be in the same condition that it was received.

Sale or “as is” products are NOT eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Additional charges as shipping, delivery, or freight costs, associated with a sales order, are excluded from refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace regular priced products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible product for the same product in stock, send us an email at Sales@ExcelOffice.com or call at (616) 554-0200 to request this inquiry. Please have your sales order number or product model number ready when you initiate your inquiry.

The customer may then be advised to bring or send in the product to: 4325 Breton Road SE, Suite 100, Grand Rapids, MI 49512 during our business hours.

If this is an eligible shipped product, please be advised that Excel Office Interiors is not responsible for any shipping costs to exchange a product.

When an exchange product is shipped, depending on where the product is being delivered to, duration for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns

If a product is eligible for return, being in the same condition as it was when sold, the customer is responsible for bringing in the product to our store 4325 Breton Road SE, Suite 100, Grand Rapids, MI 49512 during our business hours.

If this is an eligible product to be shipped, the customer is responsible for paying for the associated shipping costs to return a product. Shipping and associated costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please be advised that when returning more costly products, it may be worth using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Excel Office Interiors does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will send the customer a notification indicating that we have received the returned item. In addition, we will also disclose to the customer whether or not the product has been approved or rejected for a refund.

If and when approval has been granted for a return/refund, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

If an approved refund has not been credited yet:

Make sure to check with your bank, if paid via debit or credit card, there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

With both debit and credit card transactions, it may take a few business days before your refund gets posted.
